Thanks for the Birthday wish!...Happy Mothers Day to all of you. I hope your day is awesome...mine is..Brian fixed me two meals...one was the 5 trout we caught on Sat. We had fun in Greer catching them at River Resevoir.
Another suggestion to all the family....please build on your food storage...buy a little extra each time you go to the store...if you have your basics then get the things you normally eat. The church has come out with a new directive...get 90 days of the food that you normally eat, 90 days of water, 90 days of cash on hand... then have a years supply of the basics...which is wheat, pwd. milk, honey or sugar, and salt..I suggest honey...it is way more nutritious..By the way honey may be getting hard to get...the bees world wide are having a hard time returning to their hives..several reasons they speculate...it is pesticides or cell phones messing up their tracking system. Please, please get the food and water...this is what we are asked to do...obedience is a virtue.
Have a great week, I still do not know how to post pictures, and Brian is too busy to show me, oh well... I am going to try to post a cool thing from youtube.
Love to all of you. Love , Nancy

old posts
Hello again from Nancy,
Be sure those of you that are new to our family blog...to check out the older posts at the bottom..because each page holds only a few and the others drop onto the older posts status.
Stopped to see Steve and Vickie on our way back from Colo. We had to drop off a new old car for Heather and see Josh and Christi, who just celebrated their 8th anniv. I got to watch the two little boys, Lot and Levi while they went to Pagosa Springs. I burned up a whole video tape just on them in 3 days. Josh's Birthday was also Apr. 28th so we had a party for him also. I sure do love to see those boys. Christi is having another baby in Sept. Next monday she will know whether is is a boy or girl. Exciting times. Keep those grandkids coming.
Anyway, back to our visit to Steve again...Brian had to measure their deck for them because he is going to replace the front one and build a new one for their back yard. It will be out of Geo Deck so Vickie does not have to paint and maintain it anymore. We had a good visit. Steve made 2 CD's for me, of music from back in the 50's etc. We listened to them on the way home. THANKS STEVE..they were fun..
Stephanie we are glad you are about ready to give us another niece..Yeah!!!
I am researching out all about a health retreat that I want to develop up here.
Alot of work. We will be using alot of the different health care professionals from up here. Maybe I can get Heather here to help with it later after she graduates. One more year. Oh by the way if you have not already donated $$$$ for Heathers ...engineers without Borders program that she is participating in..do it real soon. She is going to Ecuador this summer to help put a water system into several small villages..because they have to haul water from a river and the water is not too safe and babies are dying from the water. They have found a spring and will build a pipe system from it to the villages and to the houses. These people do not even have electricity or septic system. They just dig holes and go potty. Real Challenge for her. You can go online to www.fortlewis.edu then choose Community and Culture and then Engineers without Borders. Talk to you all later.!! Nancy
